How do I get information about my Account?

Once your account is created and you become a part of Darveys, you can login with your e-mail id and password. You will also receive a confirmation letter of your membership at your door step. On the right hand side, top corner of Darveys homepage, we have a "My Account" section, which will lead you to your account with Darveys.

I live outside India, can I order for a delivery in India?

Our partner boutiques/sellers on deliver orders only within India from our portal, so you need to give an Indian address along with your contact number for a successful delivery of your product.

What is My Account Wallet & How does it Work?

My Account Wallet is a convenient application created just for you. My account wallet is a digital wallet that electronically holds cash only for members. My Wallet contents can be used to make purchases on or refunded back in form of cash. However, My Wallet contents do not get expired until your membership expires. Cash Refund or wallet encashment request can take up to 30 days.

What happens if an item I have ordered runs out of stock?

There can be three considerations that can be taken for this:

  1. If the item runs out of stock, it would be labeled the same and the item won't get added to your shopping bag. However, if the item goes out of stock after it has been added to your shopping bag but before your check out is completed, you will be informed at the time of check out.
  2. Such items can be added to your wishlist and we would try our best to contact our boutique and provide you with your wishlist item at the earliest possible. As soon as your wishlist item will be available with our store, we will notify you for the same so that you can place your order.
  3. If an item goes out of stock after you have placed your order and received an order- confirmation, then, we will try our best to fulfill the order by sourcing the selected item. In the event that we are unable to source it for you, or if it is likely to take more than 15 days to ship, we will inform you about the delay and cancel the item as per your convenience and reverse any charges made to your credit / debit card against that item.
