Because of the coronavirus, the award season had taken a hold and we missed seeing our favourite celebrities on the red carpet showcasing their best fashion self. But the MTV VMAs 2020 brought some of our favourite stars under one roof after such a long time and we were delighted to see the glamorous dresses as well as the performances.

The jaw dropping outfits created some unforgettable fashion moments on the red carpet. Below we have curated the list of our favourite looks from the event that literally blew our mind.

LADY GAGA IN VALENTINO: As expected, Lady Gaga was seen in the most standout outfits and changed her look nine times throughout the event. Although we loved all, but the one that caught our attention the most was the shiny Valentino ensemble along which she wore a huge fur cape.

JOEY KING IN VERSACE: This floral Versace dress is such a chic and simple look yet has such a bold vibe. Joey paired it with gold chains and red pumps and we are loving the overall look.

SOFIA CARSON IN GIAMBATISTA VALLI: You can never go wrong with simplicity. This red Giambatista Valli gown in peplum shape is such a simple and elegant look. Sofia completed her look with minimal accessories and sophisticated hairdo.

DOJA CAT IN VERSACE: Doja Cat served a seriously fashionable look in a Versace Dress and we love how she is having fun with her attire. The bold dress and simple hairdo really suits her well.

While the award season is nowhere near, the recent VMAS (MTV’s Video Music Awards) brought our favorite celebrities from the music industry all under the same roof after a long time.

There were a lot of contrasting outfits seen on the red carpet right from ultra-glamorous to subtle chic. The dramatic ensembles really made some serious fashion statement. Even live snakes made an appearance on the red carpet and the designer Marc Jacobs was presented with the first ever Fashion Trailblazer award for his contribution in the music industry in the terms of fashion.

So, lets check out some of the looks that really caught our attention and made sure they are on our list of best dressed.

TAYLOR SWIFT IN VERSACE: Taylor arrived in style in a Versace blazer dress along with thigh high boots. The entire look had that 80s vibe and we are loving the pop star’s appearance.

CAMILA CABELLO IN BALMAIN: The award for the most bridal look goes to Camila who was seen in a white Balmain gown. The criss-cross gown with a huge trail really became the talk of the town.

GIGI HADID IN TOM FORD: Gigi showed us how corset tops are back in fashion which she paired with Tom Ford trousers. The glossy pants really looked chic and elegant.

ROSALIA IN BURBERRY: Rosalia came shimmering in a custom embellished black Burberry gown with cold shoulders and sleeveless extending like gloves. We loved the entire black look and how dramatic it is.
